Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of StockSense AI (the “Service”), a software-as-a-service research and portfolio-analytics tool available at stocksenseai.in and its applications, operated by StockSense AI (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation (for example, an advisory firm), you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.
2. The Service
The Service is a software tool that produces structured company-research reports, mutual-fund and equity analytics, portfolio X-rays, and similar research-ideation outputs, using automated and AI-assisted processing of market and reference data. Outputs are informational and descriptive. We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. We use Google Firebase Authentication and related security controls to protect access.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not misrepresent the Service’s outputs as personalised investment advice or as advice issued by StockSense AI.
- Do not resell, redistribute, scrape, or bulk-export the Service’s data or outputs except as expressly permitted.
- Do not use the Service unlawfully, to infringe others’ rights, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it.
5. Fees, subscriptions, and credits
Access is sold as software subscriptions and/or credits, billed through a third-party payment gateway. Prices are shown at purchase and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, design, and original content are owned by us and our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your internal research purposes while your account is in good standing.
7. Third-party and market data
The Service relies on third-party and public data sources (for example, exchange and fund-industry data). Such data may contain errors, omissions, or delays. We do not warrant its accuracy or completeness, and outputs should be verified against primary filings before any decision.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Securities markets involve risk; past performance is not indicative of future results; and no output is a guarantee, forecast, or assurance of any investment outcome.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for investment losses or decisions arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (for example, disclaimers and limitation of liability) will survive.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pune, India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date; continued use after changes means you accept them.
