Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid access to StockSense AI (the “Service”), a software-as-a-service research and portfolio-analytics tool operated by Alethos Technologies (OPC) Private Limited (“StockSense AI”). By purchasing a subscription or credits you agree to this policy, which forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. What you are paying for

StockSense AI is a software product. Payments are software subscription or credit fees that grant access to the tool and its outputs (research-ideation aids and portfolio analytics). They are not advisory fees, and no investment advice, assured returns, or trading services are sold. Credits and generated reports are digital goods delivered electronically.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for; it is not cut off immediately.
Cancelling does not, by itself, trigger a refund of the current period (see below).

3. Refunds

Cooling-off window. If you have not used the Service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. “Used” means one or more reports/credits have been generated or consumed, or paid features have been accessed.
Consumed credits and generated reports are non-refundable, as they are digital goods already delivered. Any unused, unconsumed credit balance may be refunded within the 7-day window.
For subscriptions, once the paid period has been used, that period is non-refundable; you simply will not be billed again after cancelling.
Duplicate charges, failed transactions, or amounts debited in error are refunded in full on verification.

4. How to request a refund

Email corporateaffairs@stocksenseai.in from your registered email with your account details and the transaction reference. We respond within 3 business days.

5. Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 7–10 business days of approval. Timing after that depends on your bank or card issuer.

StockSense AI is an educational technology tool — not a SEBI-registered Research Analyst or Investment Adviser. Outputs are research-ideation aids, not investment advice. Nothing in this policy is a promise of investment returns.
