1. Nature of Service

StockSense AI is an AI-powered educational technology tool providing automated stock research briefings for informational purposes only. It is NOT a SEBI Registered Research Analyst or SEBI Registered Investment Advisor under Indian law.

2. Intended Use — Research-Ideation Aid

StockSense AI is designed as an internal research-ideation aid for financial professionals. Advisors are expected to use these outputs to inform and document their own research process, form their own investment view, and then prepare their own client-facing notes and recommendations under their own SEBI registration and required disclosures. The briefings are a starting point for the advisor's analysis — not a substitute for it, and not distributable research.

3. Not Investment Advice

All research outputs, reports, analysis, scores, entry zones, target prices and stop loss levels are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, financial advice, or trading advice of any kind.

4. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for their investment decisions. StockSense AI strongly recommends:

• Conducting independent research and due diligence
• Consulting a SEBI Registered Investment Advisor before investing
• Verifying all data from primary sources (NSE/BSE filings, company reports)
• Considering your own risk profile and financial situation

5. Accuracy of Information

StockSense AI uses AI agents to research publicly available information. We do not guarantee completeness, accuracy or timeliness. AI-generated content may contain errors.

6. Payment and Refunds

Subscription fees are charged monthly. Single report fees are charged per use. Refunds are generally not available once a report is generated. Contact us on WhatsApp for billing concerns.

7. Prohibited Use

Consistent with Section 2 above, users may not redistribute, resell, publish or share StockSense AI outputs as their own registered research, or in any form that represents the output as the user's own SEBI-registered work product, without appropriate SEBI registration and the disclosures required of registered persons. Use of the outputs to inform your own independently-prepared client communications under your own registration is the intended use and is permitted.

8. Limitation of Liability

StockSense AI shall not be liable for any investment losses or financial damages arising from use of this tool. Maximum liability is limited to the subscription fee paid in the relevant month.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

StockSense AI collects minimal information to provide the service:

• Stock queries entered into the research tool
• Payment information (processed securely by Razorpay — we do not store card details)
• WhatsApp contact if you reach out to us
• Basic usage data to improve the service

2. How We Use Information

Information is used solely to provide and improve StockSense AI. We do not sell, share or monetise your personal data.

3. Payment Security

All payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. StockSense AI does not store any payment card information.

4. Third Party Services

StockSense AI processes queries through Anthropic Claude models (via the Anthropic API) and hosts platform infrastructure on Google Cloud. Authentication is provided by Firebase Auth. Your queries may be processed by these services subject to their respective privacy policies.

Financial advisors using StockSense AI remain solely responsible for advice given to their clients.
